Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items on clearance, or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
If you received a wrong, damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or mobile wallet. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
