- You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.
- Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- If you paid in advance, the amount for a cancelled order is refunded within 7–10 working days.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be reached, or the order appears fraudulent. You will be informed and fully refunded in that case.
